The ground floor Guest Bedroom has a USA Queen sized bed, T.V. and pretty soft furnishings.There are two small chests, one large bachelor chest as well as a large closet. A full Bathroom is located adjacent to this bedroom. The sliding patio door leads to the Covered Lanai and Pool Deck. Fabulous views from this pretty room.

Both twin bedrooms accessed from the large landing area are furnished very comfortably. Both rooms have twin beds with lovely soft furnishings etc. Each twin room has a large closet and two chests. So plenty of storage space. A full bathroom is located on the landing between these two rooms.

Our fully screened private pool has a covered Lanai (essential for holidays in Florida) and a spacious deck area. The Lanai and deck areas are very well equipped with sun loungers/tables and chairs.
