The cost of renting our villa Darwin House for your Holiday/Vacation starts at £460/$800 per week.
This weekly rate is for our villa Darwin House, not per person.
A Booking Deposit of £150/$250 per week will secure the dates you require for your Holiday/Vacation
We welcome all enquiries and are more than happy to quote a price based on length of stay.
All rates quoted include Florida State and Tourist Taxes.
Pool Heat is optional.
We recommend Pool Heat from November through to May.
The Cost of Pool Heat is £85/$150 per week.
We welcome Snowbirds to Darwin House.

A Booking Form link is available below, this form can be completed online and sent direct by e-mail by following the instructions at the end of the Booking Form. It can also be printed out and posted to us.
Alternatively we will be pleased to send a Booking Form out to you by Post/Mail.

U.K. Bookings please pay by Personal Cheque, Cash or Bank Transfer.
International Bookings please pay by Cashiers Check or Wire Transfer.
We can now also take payment by Credit Card.
There will be a 3.5% charge for using a Credit Card.
