This is a delightful, spacious and very light open plan area. Great furniture, all of which are upgrades for your comfort. It has two sofa's, large coffee table, two sofa end tables, very pleasing pictures, lamps and soft furnishings. There is also an entertainment centre with cable TV, DVD, and CD player. A breakfast bar separates the lounge from the kitchen area.

The Living Area

This very well equipped kitchen has every modern convenience to make your visit a pleasurable one. American sizes cooker and refrigerator, built in microwave, dishwasher and an excellent range of cooking utensils etc. There is a telephone located in the kitchen area. The Dining area which overlooks the beautiful pool has a large table and six dining chairs. The furniture here was also upgraded. There is a sliding patio door which leads onto the covered Lanai, deck and pool.

An impressive entry via double doors from the spacious landing area leads you into the Master Bedroom. The lovely furnishings are all upgrades. It has a Queen bed and chest either side with elegant lamps. There is a large dresser with mirror. Also has cable TV, clock radio and telephone.

Superb views of the 3rd fairway from the large picture window and a luxury en-suite with large walk-in closet completes this beautiful room

This lovely furnished Guest bedroom has a Queen bed with a chest of drawers either side, an additional bachelor chest and large fitted closet. Pretty lamps/pictures and soft furnishings make this a delightful room which has a sliding patio door taking you to the covered Lanai and pool with superb views of the Golf Course.

Both twin bedrooms are furnished very comfortably and to a high standard. Both rooms have twin beds with lovely soft furnishings/one small chest and one bachelor chest/lamp/picture/mirror and built in large closet. Each room also has two windows giving a lovely light aspect.

Our fully screened private pool has a covered Lanai and a spacious deck area. The Lanai and deck areas are very well equipped with sun loungers/tables and chairs. The pool can be heated at an additional cost if required. With fabulous views onto the 3rd green and fairway, what better way to relax and enjoy this beautiful pool home.
